Thinkware Viewer PC does not play videos

Hi,

I downloaded the Thinkware Viewer for PC on a Windows 10 Laptop. It can see the list of videos on the SD Card but cannot play them. The screen is black.
I have checked the files on the SD Card and can play those using MS Media Player. I have waited until GPS fully loaded to 100% and that didn't make a difference.

I installed VLC Player for additional codec's but that didn't help. Any thoughts?

Never had this issue. Try installing K-lite codec pack. I believe VLC doesn't share codecs with other viewers.

Ok thanks, installed the sw on a different laptop and used the usb (insert ssd reader) and it worked fine. Thanks!
