Is there any way to disable this announcement when recording starts? Voice guidance is disabled in settings.

EDIT: Interesting. After updating to AC21 (from AC19), the announcement no longer happens. There must have been a bug in AC19. It is interesting because the announcement only started after I turned on the voice guidance feature. After turning it back off, the announcement remained. Must be a bug.
