Time stamps showing GPS time or system time?

Hello,

I'm new on the forum and about to receive my very first dashcam, a Viofo A119 V3 with GPS mount.

I forgot to investigate in advance if the time stamp shown on recorded footage is GPS time or the device's system time.

Anyone who can shed light on this? Thanks for the info.

You set your +/- from GMT and it picks up your local time via GPS. You do have to manually change the +/- for any daylight saving you may have for summer/winter.
