Tiotech GT800 not turning ON

It has no any visual activity at power switch. Only lit led at charging...
CPU marking not applied or polished.
I found UART by oscilloscope near CPU and got only "NPK1S1K2U" at power ON and reset button. At power button pressing by 3 sec UART pins is de-energized.

Maybe somebody have firmware or another info for this dashcam? I will trying reanimate it...

Have you got a picture of the casing of the camera, it would help to ID what model it is

What caused it to stop, had you been doing a firmware update?

My friend brought it and said what in one of wonderful day this camera no longer power up. I think nobody had to try to flash it.
Battery was discharged to 3.1 v, for confidence I was unsolder and charge it separately.LCD don't react at power on switch, only CPU had some warm. After power on I detecting 3.3v at some pins near CPU and at reset button seen digital packets in oscilloscope. Was connected TTL-USB Rx wire and got "NPK1S1K2U" at 115200 baud.
