Tomtom Bandit with external dynamic microphone

Well, finally got the time to test an external dynamic microphone with the Bandit.
It is placed at the end of a microphone boom attached to my Schubert C3 helmet.

Could've mentioned cam price, and for a biking cam sound is whole lot less important anyway

Price differs, depends where you live. Just seek the net for Tomtom Bandit actioncam. And sound is important for those who want to comment their ride, very important then I must say !

With other types of microphones attached externally to the Bandit, the sound is distorted and of no use.


Just today a Tomtom official wrote that they are in the process of launching a firmware fix. I really hope they are serious this time as it has been mentioned for over a year.
