I suspect you live in the wrong part of the country for anything to be done, but the evidence is clear enough and none of us are happy with that behaviour.

I watched a police documentary last week in which police in the north east used several high powered police cars and a hand full of specially trained cops to chase a stolen vehicle. Eventually the driver lost control and smashed the car. He was 15 years old. His sentence: banned from driving for 18 months. It's pathetic.

I should have mentioned that the minimum age to drive a car in the UK is 17. That's why it's so ironic.

Normally I would accept that women are far less likely to behave that way.
