Toyota Highlander Hybrid

I have a Toyota Hybrid Limited and the B1W will absolutely not work inside the vehicle. I have tried all three that I own and they work for a day or so and then quit or I start to get random error messages. I have changed the position on the windscreen but this does not solve the problem. My Viofo and Aukey work perfectly also the B1W's work perfectly on my bench. Any suggestions?

Are you using the B1W supplied power supply?
