Hi. Not sure if people can help with this dash cam issue since the model is pretty old. Hoping though …
I have two problems
1. After switching off the ignition on the car or removing power cable at PC, my camera goes into an endless loop of shutting down and then restarting. Guessing that it only stops when internal battery is flat.
2. I have to reset the time and date stamp every time I use the car because the date has reset … possibly caused by the flat internal battery.
Am I drawing the right conclusions about the battery? But then, why, when the battery is fully charged, does the endless loop occur?
I have updated firmware to see if that helps. It doesn’t.
I have ordered a new battery for inside, but I don’t know how to get in. Can anyone help please?
