Transcend 'High Endurance'

Haven't tried Endurance yet personally, but their 300x- and higher series are quite reliable with dashcams. Transcend does reliable dashcams (DP200) and good quality memory cards / hard drives, their know theirs stuff, so I do believe "endurance"-series is worth to trust.

They are still doing some firmware improvements for those cards, see how you go though it might be fine with your device
