More garbage coming from a vehicle on the major highway in the Toronto area
Powerline Plus contract truck, under contract from Toronto Hydro, has loose trash in the bed of the truck. When the truck increases speed, the garbage goes flying out.
At one point its too far to the left of the lane as a car tries to pass
