Trying to unbrick mini 0801 - driver issue

Hey guys,

trying to unbrick my mini 0801 and I have been following the steps from this video and this blog post:

I have everything I need, but when I try to install the driver (Ambarella_Evaluation_Board_1.2.3.0) through the device manager, I get this error message: The system can not find the specified file.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi Ryan.s

That's very good info. Any chance you could post the software you've been using? I also have one bricked but the software link on the site points to non existent website. I'm fully equipped with cables.

How did you get on tombo? This is my current issue:

So when I plug the device in, I can see in Device Manager that it is recognised as A4 under 'Other Devices'.

When I then right click and attempt to update driver, I select the correct driver on my desktop and I then get the following error message:

'The system cannot find the file specified'

Even though it is sat right there on my desktop? I am currently trying to use the driver named: Ambarella Evaluation Board 1.2.3.0 ...is this the correct one?
