I recently purchased the F800 Pro 128GB SD (Samsung) and Cellink B combo from blackboxmycar.com. I setup my dashcam but I'm having issues upgrading the firmware. I tried to update it through the app but my LTE connection is not so good and the download does not complete.

I found the following 2 types of directions of updating but I was still unable to update it. If I format the card (using Mac) and install the 2 folders and the .bin file on the root directory I get a "format card" error when I power it on. Formatting the card just erased the data I previously had. So I installed the folders and .bin on the card that had existing data and when I powered it on I got a "memory card error, system restarting." When I removed the .bin file from the card it worked fine.

Any other suggestions greatly appreciated!

Try formatting the SD card and download the file via the Thinkware for Mac app. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

The only app I see for the Mac is the PC viewer. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Yes, the PC Viewer (My apologies I should have been more clear)

I don't see an option to download the firmware through the PC Viewer.

I was able to upgrade my firmware by going to a location where I had better LTE reception. :)(y)
