update firmware rear camera

I've tried to update my A129 plus duo to the latest firmware (V1.4), using https://support.viofo.com/support/s...7980-viofo-a129-plus-duo-dash-camera-firmware
That worked for my front-cam, that was V1.2 and is now V1.4
However, my rear-cam is still on V1.0 Who know's what i'm doing wrong?
The rear cam was connected normally during the update.

The rear camera no longer needs to be updated separately by itself if there are no issues. If you do have an issue, you can try requesting the rear firmware by contacting Viofo directly.

My parking mode, especially rear camera, was crashing with new rear firmware (1.4 was available for front and 1.3 for rear) on orignial camera and replacement from Viofo. They seemed to have removed rear firmware update on my EMMC version, maybe due to problems. I recommend *not* updating rear if it works well.

Okey, thanks for the heads up!
It says that rear has V1.0, so not sure what's changed in V1.1 or V1.2
But you're right, if it works good than an update is not necessary.
