Using 622GW on Nextbase player

I recently upgraded to a Nextbase 622GW from a 522GW. When I use the MyNextbase player on my computer to show journeys from using the 622GW camera it would not show the film on the split screen which shows travel as well as mph, gps and map information but jump straight to street view. When I used my old 522GW it did show the travel on this split screen. What I would like to clarify is this normal viewing for the 622GW or is there something wrong with the camera???
The 622GW has been updated with the most recent firmware as well as using a bought sim card from Nextbase.
Can anyone help me please.

This seems to be normal. Mine does it as well. I suspect it has to do with the 4K resolution of the 622 rather than the 2k resolution in the 522.

Hi Big D.
Problem solved. I have been in contact with Nextbase customer service regarding this problem and they have fixed the problem. It was an issue with My Nextbase Player they will be putting out a revised updated version.
Remove your old version from your computer and download the updated one.
This will allow you to view your journey using the split screen plus seeing your journey using Google maps.
I hope this helps all those who have issues with this.
