Given how many people overtake on the wrong side of the road these days, etc, it's mind-boggling that some people think it's safe to cross the road and TwitFace at the same time.

To be clear I wasn't waiting so she could cross, but so the oncoming car could go into the petrol station. Not that I would have minded if she had been sensible. But she wasn't.

It wasn't me she needed to worry about. Bikers overtake any way they can on this road all the time. I didn't do the checking for her because I really didn't expect her to look back at the phone.
The window was open a bit, so she received the verbal blast instead!:D
