Thank you for your suggestion. Whenever we release a firmware update, we provide detailed information about the changes. However, this version is the initial firmware for the E360.I wish companies would say what is in their FW updates.
Looking at the FW update pages for your other cameras, I would suggest adding an update log for the E360 to say this is this initial firmware.Thank you for your suggestion. I think they did that for the N2X so strange wasn't mentioned here with the E360Looking at the FW update pages for your other cameras, I would suggest adding an update log for the E360 to say this is this initial firmware.

It does, you can try adjusting the exposure and reducing the brightness a bit.Does night time HDR work?
Reason I ask is, it never worked on S1 Pro.
I'm talking about the HDR on the E360.It does, you can try adjusting the exposure and reducing the brightness a bit.
This suggestion is unacceptable. It does, you can try adjusting the exposure and reducing the brightness a bit.
Our current IQ tuning prioritizes overall performance, allowing for greater visibility of environmental details. Moving forward, weāll evaluate adding the PlatePix feature to the S1 PRO and other 2K HDR product lines. This suggestion is unacceptable.
Night time HDR should be 100% functional with default settings right out of the box.
Viofo HDR works without any setting adjustment.
The average first time customer has no idea what exposure or EV adjustment is.
I think these words are true, in this automated world people have less and less knowledge about anything, they just assume things will work just as they expect them to work. The average first time customer has no idea what exposure or EV adjustment is.

This have also manifested quite a few times in dashcams, what pop first into my mind is people not satisfied with how smart / connected dashcams work, CUZ they expected something else / more.
I dont think i am big on 360, but i must admit i have never tried it so it is just a assumption on my part.
I can see the smart in Insta360s shoot and frame later, so you in essence just have to turn on your camera and point it in the general direction of what you want to keep.
On the other hand i also feel this is just giving up on the art of getting a good picture / angle on video, and so relegate people to just take what you can get and be happy.
Currently, the iOS apps VANTRUE and VANTRUE CONNECTED are still being updated to fix the language sync feature. The Android app is working fine at the moment. We expect all updates to be completed by mid-next month. Thank you for your patience and understanding.@Jeff_Vantrue - iPhone app vantrue is currently v1.0.34, which is 4 months old now and it has issues with connecting/reconnecting, as well Settings menu (in iPhone app) is only in Mandarin...
Can I ask Jeff why is there two Vantrue apps? Is it because you're supporting legacy models with the old appCurrently, the iOS apps VANTRUE and VANTRUE CONNECTED are still being updated to fix the language sync feature.
