Thanks for your suggestion!@Jeff_Vantrue
Good day.
I have a request to make changes to all Vantrue firmware
I would like to use it in 4K 3840*1600 (2.40:1 / 21:9), and also have a format in 2K 2560*1080 (2.40:1 / 21:9).
In this case, an unimportant part of the sky and part of the hood of the car are cut off, the video quality does not suffer and we get a wide format.
Good afternoon, users should have a choice in the menu and then there will be no problem. Thanks for your suggestion!
Technically, it’s possible to implement, but most users may report black bar issues. Since standard monitors are still mostly in 16:9 format, we've already received similar feedback about black bars with our 1944P resolution.
We'll definitely take your suggestion into consideration, but we’ll need to evaluate it further based on broader user needs and compatibility.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you please contact our support team directly regarding this problem? They’ll be able to assist you further: support@vantrue.netI updated, after a day camera hang (crash), had to force restart. LTE module are still unable to reach (connect) the camera. Reboot both lte module and camera didn't help. 😟

The front bitrate appears to have increased from 25Mbps to 32Mbps. The rear is unchanged at 24Mbps.1. Major Update: Optimized IQ performance and increased video bitrate.
