varies the shutter speed while recording?

Do you know if the Xiaomi Yi varies the shutter speed while recording?

In the video below, can be the variation generating shutter flicker? (1080 60p)


I think this because 2.8F with fixed, the ISO should be 100 because there is already enough light on the situation of that video.

I would try a script that blocks the shutter to 1/120 seconds for recording at 60p

please, anyone can help me? thanks
 
That's stepping. Someone discussed this a few weeks earlier. 1080p 30fps solves the problem. I don't know why.
