Very low quality rear camera, can't see the plate number

I'm using a A800 and I notice that the rear camrea's quality is very low, I even can't see the plate number.

This is one of the sample video, you can seek to 0:0:41 to see a car approaching from behind and you can't see its plate number. Is there anything wrong with the rear cam here? Thank you

I have an A800 front camera. Rear not set up yet. As I understand it the front is 4k and the rear1080 resolution. Wouldn't expect rear camera to compare with the front's quality. My front quality is outstanding. Download to phone is fair at best, but gets it done.
