video not playing

Hello,

I'm trying to get into a certain video.
When logging in through this app I find that "video cannot be played",
On entering through the camera I get a message that says "The current video is currupted and cannot be viewed".

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this please?

Sounds like the file really is corrupted. Download it to your phone and see if you can open it from an actual video playing app, or try uploading it to YouTube. Minor file errors can be ignored by some programs.

Since I got the camera, I've had two instances where the entire SD card was corrupted and had to be reformatted. So any time you get a video file you're going to need to keep, download it immediately.
