Video playback load time

I just installed 2 of these units.
One in each of our cars since there have been break-ins lately.

I’ve noticed a huge difference car in how long it takes to playback a video.

The one in my wife’s car it’s instant. You click on the video and there it is. It plays.

The one in my car however, takes about 30-45 seconds before the video loads and starts to play.

There are both the exact same DR900S-2CH.

How long should it take?

I’m using an iPhone XS on the most recent update.

Both same distance from router if cloud?
Same recording resolution?
Same settings?

Yes everything is the same.
No cloud. Direct WiFi.

In that case are both devices connecting at the same frequency (5ghz)? If the same then I give up [emoji3]

Yea. I’m confused as well.

The only thing that I can think of is that it’s either defective or it’s an issue with the card.

Swap cards as well. That will 'prove' whether it's the card or not. (Doubtful in my mind)

Well it was actually the card. Weird!

Good to know... What was the differences in cards? Was one an older card or just a different speed?

they were both using the card that came with it.

i put samsung endurance pro cards in them now and they both work great with no loading issues.
