I have recently bought a M300, software version 1.0.4ww (no update available from 70mai app)
At first I thought I have a bad SD card... the videos are laggy (like they had fps drops) and the sound is off by a few seconds.
It's similar when viewing in 70mai app and same or even worse when downloading to phone (Xiaomi Redmi 9T)

I tried a different card and it was the same, different settings (lower resolution etc) but nothing changed. Then I transferred the video to my Windows 10 PC.
And here it works! Built-in windows video player displays the video perfectly smooth, together with synced audio. Everything's perfect.
VLC on the other hand (which I considered a better player) displays the video smooth, but the audio is completely screwed up. I'm hearing some weird chirping only.

Has anyone experienced such problem? I have seen a few people with similar problems but no solution for this, and it seems like it works for everyone else.
I did a ffprobe on the video file, here's the result:

Not familiar with this brand of cameras, but you might have a Codec issue, i would try to add a codec pack and / or try other players.
I personally use pot player as i find it give a better picture than the 2 players in windows, as i recall pot player also come with a few codecs.
