Viewer crashes all times - DR500GW-HD

Hi,
using the latest firmware from pittasoft the viewer crashes all times.
any idea what´s the reason for :?:
have reinstalled the viewersoftware with same result :roll:
use custom FW but it worked perfect before :!:

i think i have found the reason for the application-crash - sd-card had corrupt data and the programm is not able to read the files together and analyze them.
can watch the movies with vlc but as mentioned not with the viewer from pittasoft.
i´m using the viewer to find timepoints at a passed point of driven route when driver says i´ve been there at about hat kilometer about an aproximate time.

are there other programms where i can zoom in parts of the videos easy :?:

The same program I introduced. Also you can mark your journeys with time intervals, join the day`s or week`s journeys into one journey, convert your journeys into kml, gpx or csv, etc etc. Really useful program.

nice programm, but i´ve to get familar with.
perfect zoom, but don´t know how i have to generate profile for my DR500GW-HD
only miss the a speaker controll :ugeek:
