Viofo A119 V3 Does not automatically record

Here is a statement from the manual that isn't happening for my VIOFO A119 V3.​

Loop Recording​

1. Insert a Micro SD card into the camera’s card slot and automatic loop recording will begin once the camera detects power.

This is what I did, and it does not automatically loop when I start the car. When I press the Emergency record button, It will record and place the video in the DCIM\Movie\RO folder. It will then continue recording one more video and places it in the folder and stops. What am I missing or doing wrong?
