VioFo A119 video recorded have bunch vertical ?

Just guessing, but could it be interference from the power supply in the car? What happens if you power it indoors from a phone charger?
It happened when my car went direct to sunshine , copied video recorded in my computer & play it , i saw a bunch vertical . if my car didn't went under sunshine , seem no problem . please help me ?
