I have been using the Viofo A119 as a rear dashcam for over 1 year but lately all recordings are completely over exposed to the point that if the sun is shining my recordings are almost white as if camera had been looking up at a totally white sky. I checked the exposure settings and they were still set to my original setting of ) -0 compensation. I played around with the settings trying minus 1then 2 but this made no difference. I then switched to a plus setting of +1 or +2 but again made no difference to washed out recordings. I still have previous recordings made before this problem arose and they all are great. I have also tried the camera hand held outside of the car with the same bad results.
Has anyone out there experienced this with the Viofo A119 or is it just that my unit has developed an unfixable fault?

Probably (maybe) the image sensor has gone bad? :unsure:
