Viofo A129 Duo does not complete loop recording....

Update:
I contact SanDisk and this was the response:
"As per the pictures, you are using SanDisk® microSD/SDHC/SDXC - Ultra - A1 (Red/Grey) memory card. Please note that these memory cards are not recommended for dashboard cameras. We always recommend to use SanDisk® microSD/SDHC/SDXC SanDisk High Endurance memory cards for dashboard cameras."

So i switched to SanDisk® microSD/SDHC/SDXC SanDisk High Endurance memory card, so far there haven't be any issue with the loop recording. Still keeping watch on it.

If the card was also bought "around the last quarter of 2018" then you should claim warrantee since although it is not recomended for use in dashcams, it should not have failed in that short time even if you were recording 24/7 and they should only reject a warrantee claim if you have exceeded whatever number of write/erase cycles that constitutes worn out status - they have no way of knowing what you wrote to it or how, other than looking at whatever has been left on the card.
