Viofo A129 plus duo rear camera not working

It is only two months old and I noticed that footages of rear camera does not show while browsing the app, it is hardwired BTW. What could be the problem?

Have you checked the card on a PC to confirm the files are actually not there?

The issue has been resolved by switching off the camera, unplugging all the cables and plugging it again. Hopefully it will not come back again.

I need your opinion about a serious issue in the link below:

The issue occurs at all operating modes whether using cigarette cables or hardwired.

Just an update to this thread regarding issues I have encountered with my A129 Plus Duo. I changed cars and was unable to recover the cable to the rear camera. After going through 2 new cables, it seems that not all cables are alike. The cable was marked Viofo A129 but does not work for the A129 Plus. Found this in the Viofo website:

"Please note A129 Plus Rear Cable is unique and can not be used in A129 DUO/PRO dashcam".

Yes, the rear cable for A129Duo/Pro cannot be used with the A129Plus. The longest rear cable for A129Plus we have in stock is 10M.

Not a length issue, the pins are wired different. And, Viofo AU are out of stock.

Good day to you , a229+ installed and man rear camera is no way equal quality as front anyway what exposure rear camera setting you recommend considering I am in newfoundland Canada with 90% dark and cloudy environment
