Help to choose the best option for reading automobile license plates, and night vision. I tired to choose. Someone praises 4K someone praises 2.5 K : banghead:
 
In your location I would go for the Plus, it does significantly better in poor lighting and darkness. The Pro 4K is great in summer sunshine.

The fact is that they sell Pro after 2 months of use at a price lower than Plus .
 
Don’t confuse the A129 Pro and the A129 Pro DUO. About $50 difference between the two.

The Pro is a good camera, and does work in the dark, if you want the 4K for making movies in good light then go for the 4K. If you only want it for recording evidence then the Plus is a small amount better in cloudy conditions and dark, so I recommend the Plus.
