Most of these issues are attributed to a MicroSD card that hasn't been formatted in a long time with an overwrite:

1. Download this program and do an overwrite format on the MicroSD Card: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/
2. After the format completes, retest the Viofo MicroSD Card

If the problem persists, it's likely your MicroSD card is faulty. Usually, these issues are not the camera itself.
