Replacing my DIY LTO battery with an EcoFlow River 3, and subsequently with an Anker SOLIX C200 DC, made no difference.
Same with installing CPL-200 Polarizing Lens.
Frankly, this “flickering” doesn't really bother me, as long as the camera reliably records video and audio.
Conclusion:
In my subjective opinion — considering that “flickering” becomes less noticeable in LBR parking mode when the front camera recording at 2K resolution, and taking into account the other minor advantages mentioned in my initial post - I would suggest adding an option of lowering the front camera resolution to 2K for LBR parking mode.
