Hi, people!
Just after I gave them £720 for A329S, 512 Viofo card and HK6😆 not to mention the 4 hours I spent last night struggling with the installation as no reliable installers on the island of Ireland :banghead:.

BTW I will use the opportunity to thank you all for creating so many informative posts. I spent almost a month here reading and researching for the best quality dash cam.

Welcome to the forum Sun Storm.

Nice on the new viofo system, i do hope it is 4 remote cameras, or at the very least 2 of them, even then having to route 2 more cables up on the windscreen to a main unit will be annoying.

As far as I know, they will release 2 types of cameras soon

T330 and T340 are non-screen camera models.
T340 is 4-channel model, the standard version is front+interior+telephoto+rear camera combination.

Definitely looking forward to upcoming releases.

you have information about T340 ? is true?

I'm not convinced yet, as it is coming from a support representative. There is no information on Baidu or FCC ID listings either (hasn't been any in the USA since last year so wouldn't take this last point as seriously). Even still, point still stands.

I am waiting for it, and it should arrive in about two weeks or less, according to Viofo customer service.

Thank you for the post.

Any SSD support? It doesn't appear to have that option. From my perspective that is too bad but perhaps that shows the direction they want to go or need to go.

I would have expected some sort of radar module option that would have been fantastic. Making it a cloud connected device would have been a game changer.

I am sorry, I am really not trying to be negative about the new release but those are some of the options that would have really gotten my attention and I was hoping for.

I wouldn't have expected SSD support since that's reserved for their top flagship line. Even so, support for it has been patchy even with firmware updates. And no other manufacturer has implemented SSD support even though the Novatek chipset has native support...I wonder why...

It doesn't look the greatest to me on paper either, these products. They seem useful from a multi channel point of view, and Viofo is stellar with their image quality. But apart from that, it's pretty boring releases.

The new smaller BP60 battery is nice to have, and with even more power efficient parking modes coming to Viofo and other brands this year, it will be the new trend. Other brands have smaller battery packs in the wings too .
