Voice is not clear (Viofo A129 plus latest firmware)

The cam is brand new with the latest firmware installed. it is hardwired to the car using Viofo HK-3 hardwire kit.

I noticed you also post in the VIOFO community, so only replied to you there.

We recommend you check the installed wires. Maybe the movement of the wire caused the unclear voice.

I tried to reply there but I'm facing a technical issue, the forum always asks me to enable two-step verification and to enter a code sent to my E-mail, but I never received that E-mail in inbox or the junk.

I'll help you solve the problem here. Please first check if it's the wire vibration that caused it.
