He actually does a nice informative overview breakdown of the 3 new Viofo cams. I get a very good sense of what each one offers and compares it to previous or other models.

Ex. The interior cam on the T340 is not adjustable (rotatable) but the one on the T330 is adjustable. I really learned a lot in this overview. Viofo told him that the T340 Interior Cam uses Omnivision instead of Sony Starvis 2 and should do better then the Starvis sensor because the Omnivision sensor is physically larger and with bigger pixels so will do a better job of capturing the details at night.

My hobby is wildlife photography and often photograph in very low light so can appreciate what a larger sensor can do.

We will have to wait for review videos and footage, because that exact same Omnivision sensor performed pretty badly with Wolfbox G900 Pro / TriPro even though on paper it should have beat the IMX675.....

I assume, maybe incorrectly, that the T340 interior cam has smaller (only 2 vs 4 on the T330) IR lights because when the sensor is larger and with bigger pixels, it's more sensitive and less IR illumination is required for the sensor to pick up. We'll see.

That would make a lot of sense, also means they save money not only by using an Omnivision sensor but less IR LEDs
