MicroSD to SD adapters were designed for use with microSD cards. There are made of the same material as SD cards. The flash memory in microSD and SD cards is the same. The have the same operating temperatures. (-25C to 85C). To answer your question the operating temperature ranges for the SDSDQX-064G apply to the microSD to SD adapter as well.
