Warranty on Livue LB100

Good morning/afternoon.

It appears that one of my Livue is dead after 4 months. It is not the power source because I tried the Livue on my other vehicle with a working Livue and it still did not turn on.

I purchased my Livues from Lightnspace, so, am I supposed to have the warranty processed through Lightnspace or through the manufacturer?
