Web API?

I am looking for any info about downloading video via http from a desktop computer as downloading to the phone is quite annoying. I connected to http://192.72.1.1/index.html, there are some settings but no album, I looked around (apk, firmware) and could not easily spot anything useful. Has anyone tried downloading videos from this thingy?
