first 3 options are pc speed?
1. high
2. middle
3. low

and last toggle option is not to show the dialog box again.

If you want to change these settings again, in settings under general settings tab.
At the bottom, the toggle options with no actual heading..   
Bottom one is the show dialog/don't show dialog option

I'm curious about this as well. I'll run with it on "high" for my lunchtime drive and see how it compares to the video I captured this morning.

Well, my test of the "Maximum Video Post Processing" option is a bit inconclusive. No change in file sizes, so I don't think it's compression.

I uploaded a few videos to test though. These are both raw, straight off the SD card. No retouching or editing has been done on either.
