Hi all. What ev settings do you find are the clearest? Do you leave it on just one ev setting day and night? Or do you switch it up every time you drive day and night?
It depends on the lighting conditions in your area. Some people leave it at 0. I personally have it around +0.3/0.7 depending on how cloudy or bright it is outside in the day time and -0.3/0.7 to cut down a little on headlight glare at night. Another DCT user suggested +1.0 in the daytime and -1.0 at night, but for me when driving in not well lit areas even with my high beams on it crushed almost everything to complete black.
So my best advice would be to take a few night runs on roads you drive often and see what works best for the lighting conditions in your area.
