What to buy wifi

Hi, I'm looking to retire my old A119s and get something a little newer. Would like:

Wifi\app (remembering to keep an otg usb card reader in my car is a bit of a pain, would much rather just download to my phone. This is negotiable
High quality night video. I was looking at the a129pro but it looks like the video falls apart at nighttime
Super capacitors

Not concerned about parking mode, or GPS. Ideally I want an a119v3 but with wifi and an app. Am I asking too much?
 
wifi is convenient to adjust settings, or download a single file, if you want to download multiple files anytime then a card reader is still going to be a better option
