Hi I am coming from using the Aukey DR02 D dash cam that malfunctioned all of a sudden. The unit had worked for about 7 months and for some reason would not turn on anymore. Had tried swapping micro SD cards, different power cables and cigarette ports and chargers.
Now I am using the BlackVue DR590-2CH and so far it has been good (1 month). Since the device does not have a screen what ways do you guys use to perform a "check" every now and then to ensure the device is still working properly. I know one sure fire way is to take the micro SD card out and bring it into the home to check it but are there better ways?
