Where can I buy parts for the 70Mai Dash Cam?

Hello all, I broke the mounting on my 70Mai Dash Cam and I would like to buy just the mount itself (the part that sticks to the glass). I cannot find anywhere that sells just the mount, please let me know where I can find it. Thank you.
