more specifically, I'm looking for something that won't melt in direct sunlight easily.
 
Why dont you tuck it up behind the edge of the trim
 
I ordered a couple of 3m Mobius charging cables from Banggood in China and they were delivered with a bag of these clips!

SKU102921 was the actual item I ordered :)
 
They're also usually on Amazon as nylon cable clips off the top of my head

Some cars don't like having wires up there. In one of my cars the headliner and gap to tuck is very thin and the wire does not like to stay tucked under.
