Where to buy dual dash cam in London?

Good day friends, I looking for dual dash cam from the list (capacitor only) or newer then on the list. I can't find reason why I should buy old models with lower bitrate, so please help find place with really new models.
And I need shop with option to give me a tax refund receipt.

FineVu Solid 500
FineVu 2000 Omega
Vico Marcus 5

I prefer FineVu Solid 500 or Lukas 9390.

by the way according to my check, ordering from Korea directly its still cheaper (even with import tax) than buy in shop in UK.
