Which dashcam with buffer parking mode?

Looking for a dashcam that has parking mode with pre buffer recording. The car is hardwired.

Some features I'm looking for:
-Audible error notification in case dashcam isn't recording due to errors.
-Single channel prefer.
-It has to switched to parking mode automatically and without pressing a button or turn on the feature in the menu.
-I don't need Wifi and cloud connectivity.
-Price point doesn't matter.

Thinkware or BlackVue. Which one depends how much you want to spend or other features. You don't have to use WiFi or Cloud if the cam has it. When hardwired properly Thinkware will switch to parking mode when the car is off, BlackVue after a few min of not movement.
 
Goluk T3 is a decent choice for those on a budget.
