white screen problem

Hi, I have global version yi dashcam. CABAAAUSC0 serial number. Everything was normal when i first started. The screen is white when I plug in the micro sd card. Download and install the emergency software but doesnt work. How can i solve this problem ? I'm sorry for my bad English.

Did dashcam ask you to format your sd card when you first put sd card in?
Maybe something wrong with your sd card?
What is emergency sotware you downloaded and install?

No.
I tried it on other cards not changed. Camera is working, video recording but the screen is white. I can not connect to the wifi.

I selected by serial number from official site. Install emergency aid.

Well, I dont know whats the problem with your dashcam. I can only give you an advice to try and search here on forum among threads in Yi dashcam section, someone else might have had a same problem with white screen like you do.
Or to maybe try to send a email to manufacturer on their official site.
