Thats OK,but he turns left through three lanes and one solid line and his hazards are ON,he could give ke a sign with his arm that hes going to turn left.If I started to overtake him, like a car in front of me.....??

Yeah , bike rider is probably not the sharpest tool in the shed ...
????? I cant speak for him or his actions .. And if things had gone south in a hurry it would have been his fault .

It would have been so hard to pull up on right and wait for gap in traffic if he was having engine issues, it's a lot more likely he like most other bikers think they are a law unto themselves and are immune from harm and can do no wrong ever

I find that 99.9% of people making mistakes on he road were not thinking or were distracted ...
I am all in favor of pulling anyone's ticket when they pull a boner ..
Let them start from the beginning ...
