Iphone 8s states that it is connected to dash cam however unable to view any of the recordings on phone via cam viewer app.
This is very annoying:mad:
Apart from that the rest is fine
Does anyone have a solution to this.
 
Hi Buzzer,

I'd recommend going into the Settings on your iPhone, then going into the settings for the CamViewer app (not the settings within the app) and making sure that all the Settings are as they should be and no services are turned 'Off'.

If all is well in the Settings, next I'd recommend doing a hard re-set of the Dash Cam and the app. To do this:
1) Uninstall the Cam Viewer app
2) On the Dash Cam: 'Settings': 'Setup': 'Default Settings': Follow instructions to return the Dash Cam to default.
3) Reinstall the Cam Viewer app.
4) Follow these instructions to successfully re-connect:
