WiFi connection issues to PC with DR650GW-1CH

Has anyone successfully connected and viewed the video from the DR650GW using the (Win7) PC program BlackVue HD?

It shows I am connected.. but I can not access any of the files, clicking on the search icon next to the "FilePath" brings up my local directory.. but there is nothing on the network. Am I doing something wrong??

I can easily connect using my Samsung Tab2 so it appears the DR650 is working correctly...

Evidently..... This is not possible as the function is not built into the PC viewer.... Which seems like rather a daft omission. So.. BlackVue would require you to remove the memory card each and every time you wanted to use such some of the neat features they built into the program. Kind of makes the "WiFi" thing redundant.
My first disappointment with my purchase.. I had visions of being able.. after a particular drive sitting with my laptop and viewing my trip.. etc.. Not so, at least by WiFi.
