wifi to laptop?

Can I connect my SJ5000wifi to my laptop so I can see what it sees on a big screen. I want to use it for underwater video Will this work?

The WiFi in most (if not all) dashcams/action cams only connects to a phone app. I don't know of any identical software that does the same on computers.
